Join the Saginaw Valley Manufacturers' Association (SVMA) for their final lunch meeting this season on May 21. Chuck Hadden, Vice President of the Michigan Manufacturers' Association (MMA), will be speaking on two informative subjects: MMA's feedback on Michigan's new Energy Policy that was recently passed by the state legislature and an explanation of "Making it in Michigan." This program is helping to set the record straight on the future of manufacturing and what manufacturing jobs entail through presentations, advanced manufacturing facility tours, a manufacturing careers Web site, informational brochures and a biannual e-newsletter sent to math, science, technology and career teachers and guidance counselors.
